Redlocks hair & beauty as a company collect and store your data for appointments. This may contain Full name, contact number & email addresses and any allergies you may have.

We use FRESHA online system where we can send SMS & EMAIL reminders/confirmations messages. Shedul is a GDPR COMPLIANT SOFTWARE and all data is stored safely.

We do not pass your data onto any third party company and all data we may store is all confidential.

We store your data for the period of 5 years and if you as a consumer have not returned within this period all data we may have on you will be removed from our system.

We use your data to book appointments. Contact numbers are used in case of emergency or for any circumstances regarding your appointments
Eg. no show to an appointment or staff member off sick.
We also use your contact number & email address to provide you with confirmation and reminder messages and any change of appointment notifications
You as a consumer will need to grant permission for us to use your data in this way.

We do not use your email for offers and newsletters unless you SUBSCRIBE to our mailing list, if you would like to be subscribed head over to the SPECIAL OFFERS page where you can enter your details.
At any point you can OPT OUT of this service and you will be removed from our mailing list.

We take before & after photos and they are posted on our social media platforms as our online portfolio, this will also have to be consented.

You as a consumer now have rights to all the data we hold on you. You have full access to all data we hold and can get a copy of what information we hold by putting it in writing to us and we will comply within 30 days.
If we hold ANY information that is incorrect you can request for it to be rectified to the right information and any stored data will be rectified within 30 days.
You also have right to have your data removed off our records within 30 days to do so this will have to be put in writing. If we was to remove your data from our records this will affect any future appointments you may have with us.

As a GDPR COMPLIANT COMPANY all new and existing clients must fill out a GDPR FORM within the salon or you can have this form emailed to you by using the contact form on our contact us page.
