I have been doing hair ever since I left school at 16 and fell in love with the industry. Over the years I have worked hard to extend my knowledge and learn new techniques.
In 2016 I took the leap of faith and opened up REDLOCKS. I have won multiple awards including;
Entrepreneur of the year 2019
Hair stylist of the year 2018 & 2019
Colour technician of the year 2018 & 2020
The salon itself has won over 16 awards
My speciality is colouring however I have over 11 years experience in the industry so have great knowledge of all aspects of hairdressing.
I was honoured to write an article for THE PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY MAGAZINE about the importance of matching hair colour with skin tone that was published 2019.
I love meeting new people and building relationships with my clients. I'm always having fun with my clients whilst transforming their hair and making them feel like a new person.

They call me “Dave the scissors” if I’m not cutting hair I’m dreaming about it. Hairdressing has always been my life’s passion. Been swinging my scissors for nearly 30yrs professionally. I have won multiple awards for Toni &Guy including runner up for most creative hairdresser for the yr in 2003 and then most creative hairdresser of the yr in 2004. As an Artistic director for the company I’ve been involved in fashion shoots for many magazines such as Vogue. I’ve also been involved in a lot of catwalk. Lady’s and gentlemen, boys and girls. My skills are at your disposal.

Hi I'm Paula, but known as 'QUEEN P' 👑✂️ to friends & family. I've been hairdressing nearly 30yrs now & enjoy all aspects of hairdressing but my all time favourite is cutting and foils (high-lights) I started my journey training at 'JOANNE'S herself & her business did very well & she progressed to having 6 salons. I have taken part in numerous competitions which earned me 2 Diplomas & placing me 3rd place in the competition. And recently Ive gained a new certicate for my collection on becoming 'STATE REGISTERED AS A SENIOR STYLIST ' oh & not forgetting my WELLA COLOUR COURSE CERTICATE. My all time dream is to become a teacher to train apprentices. Your hair is your crown I look forward to seeing you in my chair.

I'm Hugo, I have been hairdressing since I left school in 2017. Becoming a hairdresser was such a big dream of mine with my biggest inspiration being my late auntie Angela who was a phenomenal hairdresser and had been teaching me the basics since I was 12 years old. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing especially interacting with new people and forming relationships with my fabulous clients. Colouring is my speciality and in 2019 I attended 4 colouring courses at the well studios in London where I specialised in balayage, highlighting and creative colouring. In 2020 I also completed two one week intense hair cutting workshops with the sanrizz academy both in knightsbridge and kings cross. I believe as hairdressers, knowledge is power and you can never stop learning as our industry I forever reinventing itself.
